How to make tasty Mango Rice for lunch!!

That’s my mom’s Idea – “Mango Rice”. Its one of my favourite food for lunch. Here is how I did this Vegan spicy Mango Rice.

Items needed:

  • Rice – Up to your need
  • Mango(before fruit stage) – 1
  • Cumin – 1 Teaspoon
  • Green chilli – 2
  • Salt – Up to taste
  • Oil – 2 Teaspoon

How to prepare:

  1. Cook white rice separately
  2. Wash and Peel off the Mango’s skin
  3. Use Grater to make the Mango flowery
  4. Heat oil with Cumin and Green chilli
  5. After Cumin gets a bit dark add the Mangoes into it and stir it until they cooked(May be for 5-mins)
    Note: Spray some water in the middle and keep the flame low
  6. Add salt and other spices, turmeric powder, chilli powder for taste
  7. Now take the Mango mix and mix it with already cooked white rice
  8. Serve with Mixture of Curd + Onion + Pepper powder
